Austin is the capital of Texas, and is also famous as the home of the University of Texas at Austin. The weather in summer seems muggy, but better than in Houston.
The building is located in a park, where we can enjoy taking a walk. President Bush used to work here when he was the governor of Texas.
The interior of the capitol building is also gorgeous, like Georgia State Capitol. We could go around the rooms freely.
Squirrels can be found easily in North America, even in downtown areas. As far as I know, Toronto has many squirrels. I do not know the reason, but squirrels in Austin are much more friendly than those in Birmingham.
The university is located next to the capitol building. This is the landmark clock tower.
